Cape blazers are trending right now. They will help any outfit look a little more pulled together. I love how simple it is to wear. I put on my favorite white tee under it and I’m always wearing these high-waisted jeans because they make me feel so much better than low rise jeans.

Real Talk

ONE – Okay so we are getting into periscope videos on L&L. I’m going to do a video on all the cool things at target right now. I’m crazy about the Who What Wear line for Target. It’s affordable and super cute. They actually have a cape blazer for sale as well. The Target line is so cool, this lace top for $24 is ridiculous. I love it so much I bought it in white and black. TWO-  Have you ever cried during a work out because it literally kicked your trash? Well I can now answer yes to this. I’ll share the entire story but lets just say it wasn’t my finest moment. I also forgot to eat THIS snack before the workout so I think my sugar levels dropped and made me feel like I was going to pass out. 4 flavors and the best snack. I pop a handful before training.

THREE- I’m really excited about some things Lisa and I have in the works. We are going to start a 30 day best self challenge in April. Fun giveaways, fitness tips, periscopes, books, music, all things that will better yourself in 30 days. Doesn’t it sound fun? We want to build a community of women that help each other be better in every aspect of life. Hope you all look for it in April.

FOUR- ummmm…. Bachelor BEN? Who is the lucky lady? Can’t wait to watch tonight. We owe so much to ABC for making Mondays better. And if ABC is reading this, I think JoJo should win tonight! Wait well Lauren is the sweetest. I don’t know!! I’m as confused as Ben is. I guess loving two people isn’t an option, huh!

New Balance Sneakers

While in NYC last week, I loved going to Pinterest headquarters for some extra training. Can’t wait to get more involved in the pinterest world. I put on my sneakers after walking the city in those uber adorable fringe red heels above. I love the new style of these New Balance. They are different and unique, which is why they are selling out. eek, get a pair before they are gone!
