hey guys! I’m a huge fan of the treadmill. I run a couple times a week and then change it up with intense interval walking. The incline is so good to build a tight, high booty. Isn’t that what we are all after? I also want to add that there is nothing out there in the fitness universe that slims my legs up like incline walking on the treadmill. I’m always going for 30-40 minutes.
