I was looking up a leg workout on youTube the other day and came across a little blast from the past. When we first started L&L I did a workout series for youTube, I kinda forgot they were still visible online! I have to admit I cringed watching these, but totally stand behind the moves. I even did the 10 min workout. It brought back the best of memories teaching classes out of my garage in Arizona. I miss starting and ending my days with those women. Never in a million years did I think The Garage would become a hub for women to share their life stories, leave drenched in sweat, hear these sweet stay at home moms swear under their breathe when I’d say “okay, now go run a lap. Push-ups till failure when you get back”. It was the right job for me at that time in my life and I miss it in a BIG way. I challenge you all to take 10 minutes out of your day and get a full body workout in!

I love all your fitness tips Lisa! Could you post on what you eat in a typical day? I remember a few months ago you posted about not eating after 6, not eating fruit/carbs after 3 but I’m curious to see what your typical meal plan looks like!
