New Year, New You

As cliche as it is to make working out a New Year resolution…we all do it! I’m still a huge fan of Orange Theory and try and go 4 times a week, but I want to be better at it. I’d like to improve my form on the row machine and work harder on my incline sprints, as well as challenge myself to 5 days a week. I know adding one extra day seems silly, but on the weeks I’ve done 5, or even 6 days I can see/feel a difference in my body. What goes better with new workout goals than new clothes to wear to the gym?? Uhh, nothing. Even better than new, new AND on sale!

  1. I am also a member of OTF, I just want to LOVE the rowers this year. Lol. They are always the most challenging part of the workout for me. Such a great workout though, and a great reason to buy new workout gear!
