hey guys! If you read my birthday post on Monday you saw that I’m back to drinking my green lemonade once a day. I LOVE this book and I’m feeling real good about incorporating some of her lifestyle eating tips into my life again. I did it for a year and slowly fell away. WHY DO I DO THAT! I’d like to stick with this for a long time. I want to be juicing til the day I die. After the gym today I downed some wheatgrass with my friend Sara and then washed it down with a green juice. When I’m at home I make this green lemonade. I used to make 44oz of it! I’d drink it from waking up til mid morning. It’s really so good for your skin! Drink up!

I looked into the book…the food combining seems really difficult…were you as strict as she recommends?
no I didn’t follow her food thing. I just used her green lemonade recipe and her drink recipes.

I do this exact juice in my Vitamix almost daily. Only difference is that I strain mine so the consistency is really thin. I love it. It’s invigorating & just so healthy!
