Unicorn Floats

Before we moved to California the kids would beg to come to the beach. Once we got here, they’d cry that it was time to go back to the desert. Now that we’ve lived here a few years, there are days it takes some convincing to get my kids in the water.

A couple weeks ago I ordered these giant unicorns from Kohl’s. Once the kids saw them, they were ready for a family beach day! Kohl’s has the best selection of floats of anywhere I looked! I was also impressed with the selection of Nike suits for girls! Poppy says it’s her most comfortable one piece. I laughed so hard watching them carry unicorns twice their size down the stairs. It took even longer to get down since we were stopped by everyone coming up asking where we found such large floats. They are a crowd pleaser!

Goldie talks a big game. Before we got to the beach she couldn’t wait to ride her magical unicorn into the waves. The moment she got barreled and fell off, she was DONE! haha. I love making new memories with my family. The beach is our place. These floats were an added bonus and reaffirmed the kids love for time as a family.
