Coca-Cola Classic

What’s more American than Coca-Cola? Probably a lot of things, but it really is a total American classic! Have you ever used Coke as a substitute for oil when baking? I do it all the time when working with a chocolate recipe and when I working with vanilla, I use Sprite. Whatever the recipe calls for in oil, substitute soda. Works best with cakes and brownies! Oh, and I always do it with my pancakes! They come out so light and fluffy. Try it and let me know what you think!
