3 things on my mind…
1.Last month I had the best facial of my entire life. Like really, THE best. Her name is Serena and she works out of Dr. Zoe’s office where I had my MICRONEEDLING done. You guys, Serena did this Hungarian massage technique on my face to stimulate collagen and it was the greatest feeling. Not only were my cheeks flushed from the massage, but it also did wonders for my tight jaw. If you are in San Diego area or Scottsdale you must experience a facial with her!
2. Ozzy will be 3 months this week and yesterday I went in to have an IUD placed. It’s my first time using this form of birth control. I’ve read such mixed reviews online. Most of friends have them and are happy with it, so I went for it. For some reason I was super nervous at my appointment. My doctor laughed and said ” well you’ve delivered 4 babies vaginally, one of them 2 months ago..I think you can handle this” haha, she was right. The placement was fairly quick and painless.
Do you have them, love them, hate them? Just don’t tell me the 1% chance stories you know of women getting pregnant with an IUD…eek.

Having the Mirena IUD has been absolutely amazing. I had it placed 6 weeks after Addison and I’m still going strong and she’s almost 7! No period. Light cramping and spotting very rarely. I’m well overdue for a new one since it’s technically only good for 5 years but I think the hormones are wearing off. No surprise pregnancies over here. You will LOVE it.
I’ve had my IUD 4 1/2 years and love it! I haven’t felt anything maybe a little cramping and spotting when it was put in but since then it’s been awesome! I also haven’t had a period in 4 1/2 years! I’d recommend to anyone!
