  1. Great post! I am trying to eat healthier this year, bake fewer sweets for my family, and get into shape. After reading this, I went out and bought some Orville kettle corn and made the Protein pb balls to have on hand. We just got a Trader Joe’s here in Utah so I can’t wait to try the spicy hummus. Do you girls have any other Trader Joe favorites?

  2. I love the cocoa almonds when I’m craving something sweet! The wasabi ones are good too. I also always have hard boiled eggs on hand for a quick snack. I’ve never seen PB2 in a store anywhere. I get it from Amazon.

    • Carlie, check Fry’s health food section! I’ve seen it there. Thanks for all your L&L support. xxo
