I’ve been looking for a good eye cream for dark circles and fine lines. When I click on the link for the Ideal Complex Eye Cream, it won’t let me purchase the product unless I’m a sales representative. Do I have to go through a sales rep or can it be ordered through the skinstlre like the other products from this line?
