Activewear + Fitness Goals 2017

I love the start of a new year. Sometimes, a fresh start is all you need mentally to reach new goals and evaluate your life. 2017 will be here in less than a week and I’m starting to check in with myself about what I want to accomplish next year. My list keeps growing and I feel like I have so much to do to be ready for 2018!

Fitness is a big part of my life. Living an active lifestyle is key for me. What’s better than starting the new year off right with a few new activewear pieces to get you excited about heading to the gym. I wrote about this Cardio Sandwich routine I do at the gym. I want to step it up and do this at least 3 times a week. I also want to try a new class each week. CST50 (megaformer pilates) barry’s bootcamp, orange theory, soul cycle, etc. There are so many fitness boutiques now that offer the best classes around. Fitness can be fun if you mix it up! Last month I found out I have a food allergy! I will be researching this more and changing a few things. I’m allergic to wheat! It’s funny looking back on my eating habits now. I typically stayed on a paleo/atkins style of diet. Now it makes sense. These diets made me feel so good because I wasn’t consuming wheat. Around holidays and weekends I tend to get sick and feel terrible. Now I know why, WHEAT! Please let me know what you do if you have this same allergy.
