DIY Pom Pom Tissue Paper!
Let me start off by saying I am the least crafty person there is. I had this idea in my mind and it sounded simple enough to attempt. This is all you need:
Elmers Glue
Tissue Paper
Pom Pom Balls
Gift Bags (optional)
This is fairly important: I double layered the tissue paper. If you don’t then the glue makes it soft and it tears a hole. Then I just glued the pom pom balls around the edges of the tissue paper. Let it dry for 30-60 minutes.
Stuff your tissue in a bag, throw on a bow and you’re done! So easy!
*Note: Although these pom pom balls worked fine, I think smaller ones would be even better.
