dressing room finds

You guys, I’m freezing in New York. Today it’s 20 degrees. Help! I stopped in at my favorite place NORDSTROM to get some warm clothes for my family. Of course I had to check out what’s new or on sale in my department. I also met a friend while the kids were in school at the Nordstrom cafe for hot tomato soup and grilled cheese. Have you had it? It’s so good. That warmed me up for a little but I need some serious layering pieces to survive this winter. I’m so jealous of all of you that live in warm weather year round.  Please enjoy the sun for me.

1. I found this comfy and I mean COMFY –  Hinge cardigan sweater. I mean it feels like one of my fleece blankets wrapped around me. It’s such a great layering piece. I love that it hangs more in the front with two big pockets. It’s meant to snuggle up in. The white Rag and Bone tee is a staple I have had for awhile. I wear it with everything. I also love these Rag and Bone coated black jeans. The front zippers are pretty cool. And I wear these Newbury black leather booties with everything. I’m a huge fan of the Tory Burch wrap bracelets. This silver and gold is brand new! It’s so fun.

2. This Free People  turtleneck pullover is soft and perfect. Another great layering piece. I have the Rag and Bone white tee on under it. Then I plan to wear a big jacket and scarf.
