drugstore vs department store beauty

There is nothing more exciting than finding your favorite must-have beauty products for half the price! Different packaging, different stores, but ultimately these budget friendly products are just as amazing as the department store version.

Brow Pencils: must & lust
Brow pencils are one of my favorite items. I love the look of a darker, full brow and these pencils do the trick.
Brush: must & lust
I’m seriously impressed with this line of must brushes.  Comparable to the lust for a 3rd of the price!
Mascara: must & lust
Lancome makes a pretty iconic mascara. I’m happy to report I like my must just as much!
Lipstick: must & lust
A make up artist friend of mine told me about this one. I trust her. Try it.
Sponge: must & lust
Beauty blenders are awesome! They get into little creases and really make a difference in your daily routine.
Highlighter: must & lust
I love the way a touch of highlighter looks on the apples of my cheeks and down the bridge of my nose.
CC cream: must & lust
CC creams are all the rage right now. We’ve been talking about hyper pigmentation lately on the blog and this little cream can make a big impact in how your make-up looks. Plus SPF!
Cream blush: must & lust
Cream blush is my thing. It just stays on all day and looks so smooth. Plus, they last forever. This color happens to be my very favorite!
Blush/Bronzer duo: must & lust
I love traveling with this compact. I was so excited to find a drugstore version for $3!

  1. What color Mac lipstick is the Revlon comparable to? The page didn’t pull up the color. Thanks for posting! Already bought two of the must items! Xx

  2. Love this! I’ve been using the elf blush bronzer combo for the last year and am obsessed with it! Definitely comparable to nars. Putting the cc cream on my to try list 🙂 Thanks for posting these!
