Fort Lauderdale, Florida

For the past THREE years we leave to Florida the exact same weekend in May to celebrate my handsome man’s birthday. This year he turned 35! We have been scouting out places in Florida and hope to find the perfect place for our family. We would love to get a condo on the beach eventually. Fort Lauderdale did not disappoint. We stayed at the W hotel and found it extremely family friendly. (this is not an ad) We went parasailing and tried a couple water sports in the area which was so incredibly fun. We also hopped on bikes and biked the boardwalk. The boardwalk was also fun to walk every morning. Really good people watching – wink wink. It’s incredibly relaxing at the pool and the views are insane. We saw rainbows and cotton candy sunsets every night. The hotel restaurant was so good. I could eat there every single day.
