Its finally warming up and I am welcoming summer with open arms! I found these ideas for some fruit infused water on Pinterest and I’ll be using them all summer long. Staying hydrated is so important for your skin as well as keeping you feeling full during those times of day when you just want to binge or head to a drive -thru. These recipes are really fun and colorful which tricks the mind into thinking you are actually indulging on something sugary. Try them and stay on track with your fitness plan!
“The Everything” Infused Water
2 cups of water or sparkling water
2 cups of ice
Mix together each of the above ingredients for a super-fruity infused water
*Combine all in a large mason jar or jug and drink immediately or let sit in fridge for 1-4 hours to soak in additional flavor.
Orange-Kiwi Infused Water
2 cups of water or sparkling water
2 cups of ice
1 orange, sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
