Getting Motivated

Motivation is the lifeblood of any achievement. Problem is, it’s sometimes in short supply. Or it comes in bursts and is often reliant on outside factors. Everyone has their own magic formula to get motivated for life and fitness. The biggest challenge is to keep it. For me I have to challenge myself with new ways to do things. I have to constantly try new things or else I get bored. I have also found it helpful to listen to motivating podcasts when external influences get me jumbled or take the wind out of my sails. It’s like sugar right to my blood stream when I take 5 minutes to meditate and listen. I’ve realized now how easy it can be if you listen to yourself and feed yourself what you need. There really is inspiration everywhere. What keeps you motivated?
