Hair Care with Kerastase

The first time I used Kerastase was over 10 years ago.  A stylist had recommend the line for my dry, color treated hair. After using it for a few weeks I quickly became a fan of Kerastase! It’s the most clinical line of hair care I’ve used. Over the last 10 years I have used lots of different brands on my hair. Some I love and some I don’t. Kerastase is a brand I consistently love!

I was super excited when Evian Salon in La Jolla invited me in for their Fusio-Dose Treatment and blow out! This hydrating treatment enriched with vitamins was done at the shampoo bowl and only took 10 minutes! My stylist said the results will last 8-10 washes. Uhh, considering I was my hair once a week..that’s a really long time;)

Like I said, I have color treated hair. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it! My hair super straight, dry and needs moisture daily on the ends. I was excited to see my stylist line up all the products she’d recommend for my hair. Why? Because I already use most of them at home and found one I had yet to try!

SHAMPOO- I alternate between Bain Satin 1 to add moisture and Bain Force to help prevent breakage.

CONDITONER- Soin TherapisteI love the ! It honestly makes my hair feel strong and healthy!

PRE- CONDITIONER- Okay, so Nectar Hair Milk is is a new product to me and I’m so happy I got it! You apply this pre-conditioner to your hair mid-way to the ends and leave it on for as long as you’d like. 10 minutes to overnight. Perfect for the beach to protect my hair from get even more dry due to the sun and salt water. I love, like LOVE this!

HEAT PROTECTOR- This BLOWDRY heat protector serum is my all time favorite! Up 450 degree protection & tames frizz.

OIL- I put this Elixir Oil on my hair every day and have for years and years. On the days I blow dry I add one pump to my damp hair from midway down to the ends (not the scalp). Daily I use 1/2 pump to my ends (about the last 5 inches ). It helps resist breakage and adds so much shine!
