I am so excited about our guest blogger today! Meet Danielle Pascente. She is a personal trainer, fitness model and health coach. I have had so many fitness questions and Danielle is someone I look to for answers. Will my abs ever be the same after having kids? What is the most effective way to work out? How can I switch up my running routine?  How do I mix up exercises for interval training? Danielle posts exercise and nutrition tips daily on her facebook page and instagram. When I need a little motivation I scroll through her workouts until I find something that looks challenging and new. She also shares how to cook healthy and eat clean. I love to see exactly what she eats for dinner. She also incorporates grocery items from Trader Joes. I love that! This is Danielle on the cover of Runner’s World Magazine.
