I’ve been working on my AB situation the past couple weeks. I’m living by the moto, “ABS are made in the winter & in the kitchen.” Lots of hard work but nothing feels better than having a strong core. If you want to have your summer bikini body you better start these exercises asap.

These 3 moves will guarantee a tighter and smaller waistline.

 Side plank crunch– Lie on left side with left hand on floor beneath left shoulder, right fingers behind head; let inside of right foot rest on floor in front of left foot. Tighten abs; push into left hand to lift body so it forms a diagonal line from head to heels. Crunch forward and down, bringing right elbow to left elbow; return to starting position. Do 10 reps; switch sides and repeat.

Straight plank push ups — Alternate right arm with left leg and lift in air. Add a push up in between the alternations.

Alternate knee to elbow lifts.
