I have watched Extreme Weightloss since it was Extreme Makeover; Weightloss Edition and I love it! Both Chris and Heidi are amazing and I would love to have the tools to transform myself. I am a newly divorced single mother of three and since my marriage failed in early 2012 I gained a lot of weight. I am now at 365 lbs seeing that I need to learn to take care of myself physically not only to be here with my children for a long time but to be able to be a better mom to them by becoming active along with them. I would love this book to help me with this!

I have been starting to work out again and the Pro Leggings would be a great addition to my work out clothes especially since it is starting to get cold outside.
