Mom Life with Colosseum Activewear

As every mom knows, life is hectic! We live in our activewear! In fact, did you know ever since women started wearing their activewear to places other than the gym, sales have decreased across the board in denim? I guess it’s proven, leggings are taking over. I know I live in mine!

My day starts at 6 am. The first thing I do is check emails, Instagram and the weather report. I also change out of my pajama’s and into my workout clothes before I wake the kids up. I’ve found if I leave the house ready for the gym, I have zero excuse to skip it that day. If I do leave in my pajama’s, there’s a solid chance I’ll end up back at home in my warm bed with my laptop for the next 4 hours. Next, I assist the kids in whatever help they need to get ready for school. I always make their lunches and include fresh fruit. Our family favorite is watermelon!

After drop off I’ll either go lift weights or head to a local yoga studio, The Gold Bar. What I love most about my favorite instructor Chelsey, is she really takes the time to instruct and tweak every position I’m in so I get the most from each class. What I love most about the Adore Leggings is they stay up! They move with my body and a feel like second skin. They really are essential!

After a nice relaxing hour to myself I head out for errands and back home to work before getting the kids from school. Once everyone is under one roof again, homework begins. Goldie is learning to read right now. She’s graduated from BOB books and it working towards bigger words. Avery and Poppy are so patient with her while she sounds out each word. I mean, it can take a good hour to complete one book, but they love helping her grow. It’s really sweet.
