1.LADIES….my favorite Nikes of all time are back! Crazy about the violet and the flyknit fit. You can see them in another color I love just as much in this FITNESS post. (but I love the violet the most, wink)

3.Fashion Week is right around the corner. (gulp) Sometimes it feels like a big undertaking but once I’m there I love every second of it. Did you see FAVORITE MOMENTS FROM 2016, the burgundy dress is already wrapped up and saved for Gwen & Chloe to wear someday. It’s such a beauty. I’ll wear that same designer this time. Last year it was negative 20 degrees and this year it’s been so warm for January. I’m talking 40’s. I hope it stays that way for the week of FW or else I’m not going! My favorite look from last year. I’ll bring that white cape with me.

4.I’ve been working with a fitness nutritionist who lets me eat ice cream for dinner. I’m still reaching my goals and feeling so relieved I don’t have to eat broccoli and chicken (for every meal) for the rest of my life. I found out I have a gluten allergy. That’s why my workout and eating like this always made my body feel better and not so off balance. It makes so much sense now. I’ll be sharing more on my new 2017 eating habits but until then I’m loving how I feel off of gluten and I love eating ice cream without the guilt. Try it, it’s liberating.

5.Slide on sandals are HUGE right now. I’m sure you have seen these Gucci fur slides on every instagram feed around. I personally love these more from Gucci, or a little fancier with these. 6.I’m a huge fan of Monrow Tees, this grey top above is perfect to throw on over workout tops or actually work out in it! The silver bag is MZ WALLACE.

7. Have you seen the little girl Kate Spade swimsuits? If you are heading somewhere for winter/spring break get these! I’ll be wearing this $50 suit from TOPSHOP. To be determined if you can swim with ruffles like that?
