Mother's Day Crafts

We can’t get enough of Sweet Little Peanut. This adorable kid blogazine is full of ideas for you and your little ones. I love this sweet little project I can do with my kids. It’s the perfect Mother’s Day gift. All the directions and printable labels are provided below.

Mother’s day is just around the corner and today we are so excited to share a fun craft project that is perfect for your little peanuts to help with and it also makes for a sweet + unique gift for Mom or Grandma! We designed these cute DIY flower seed packets as a FREE digital download for you to enjoy! Get your little one’s involved and let them help cut out the different pieces and tape the packets together. We had a blast going to our local garden store and picking out some special flower seeds to go inside the custom packets.
For an added craft activity you can also have fun painting your mini terracotta pots! A tip that we use when we are letting our little peanuts paint something that we don’t want to end up as big blob of brown mixed paint is only offering them 1 or 2 colors that coordinate with the project. That way it matches + it’s still your kids masterpiece!
WHAT YOU NEED:
– Small terracotta pots
– Packets of flower seeds
– Seed packet printables
– Scissors
– Double stick tape

DIRECTIONS:
Print out the seed packet envelopes on brown kraft paper that you can find at most craft stores. Print out the seed packet labels and inside note cards on white card stock. Cut out the seed packet envelopes, fold and tape as directed. Cut out the seed packet labels and adhere to the front of the kraft envelopes. Cut out the little note cards that will go inside the packets along with the flower seeds. Let your little ones fill out a special note to Grandma or Mom and sign their name. Seal off the little envelopes with love and place in the terracotta pots.

Now that you have your craft ready to make head over to
Sweet Little Peanut.
L&L put together a Mother’s Day gift guide just for you.

xx,
Jenna
