My guide for HAWAII

This is my second year going to Hawaii and spending a few weeks. I have fallen in love with the islands and wanted to write out all my favorite things. I am going to cover everything from what I packed, to what I wore, things we did and the food I loved. This past Hawaii trip we went to Oahu. My bestie has been living over there and she was the perfect tour guide.

This time around we stayed at Turtle Bay over by the North Shore. Turtle Bay has recently went under renovations and I was super impressed with the rooms. We also have stayed over in Waikiki Beach but liked the vibe over at Turtle Bay much better.

I loved using this duffle bag on excursions and little outings around the island. It has been one of my most favorite designer looks for less that I have found in a while.

As soon as we landed we headed  straight to Matsumatos for shaved ice.  Best way to start out our vacation in my option. Then headed around the island to Sunset beach to hang out.

Wearing the softest Blue Dress I have ever worn. Paired with this necklace and this one.

Another day was spent shopping and exploring Waikiki Beach.  This dress was the perfect addition and I am obsessed with the color.

Top places I ate around the island:

-Kahuka Farms. Everything is farm to table here.

-Seven Brothers. Another favorite. My girls LOVED their french fries and I loved their Coconut Salad.

-Stortos Deli: This was in Haleiwa. THE best sandwich with papaya seed dressing on them.

-Waialua Bakery. Another amazing lunch spot. Had the best GF tuna sandwich and also GF cookies.

-Haleiwa Joe’s. Another good place for lunch/dinner.

Here is another swimsuit I was loving on this trip. This two piece top and bottom are so fun. Wore it with this hat, sunnies and bag.

This suit was also a fun one to add into our week. I loved the color and it was such a flattering one piece on.

Here are all the activities we did.

-Waimea has fun hikes we did to get to a waterfall. It also has some cliffs we would jump off into the ocean. My girls absolutely loved this spot!

-Haleiwa. This was one of my favorite places to see the turtles. We got on paddle boards (I highly recommend you do this) through the canal and saw tons of turtles.

Favorite Treats around the island:

-Matsumoto Snow Cones.

-Sweet as Ice-cream at Poly Center.

-Dole Whip at the Dole Plantation.

-Teds Bakery. We love their Pies. So good.
