Okay so most of you have read that I had surgery a little bit ago and had an abdominal hernia. I’m finally back to my old workout routine and I’m literally jello. My body hurts everywhere. I’ve been back to the best class in the entire world called Super human twice now. I always tell myself I have to be a super hero in the class and muscle through it because it takes every bit of me to do it. A few things you can do from home – For an entire song sit in a squat with elevated toes and squat up and down. Then lots of core.  Alternate 60 seconds of mountain climbers and then 60 seconds of planks. Do this 3-4x. Wall sits for 60 seconds with curtsey squats holding dumbells. 3-4x. Then prepare to wobble around the next day like me!
