It’s pretty basic but the best salsa in the world. I like it a little juicy and this combo brigs just the right amount. Add a jalapeno if you want kick.
7-8 roma tomatoes
7-8 Tomatillos (green tomatoes)
One white Onion
One bunch Cilantro
One teaspoon minced garlic
2-3 limes
Kosher salt to taste

You can chop this up in 5 minutes! It’s so good.
