In my opinion September 1st is considered FALL and you know what that means..all things PUMPKIN! I came up with this HEALTHY and incredibly easy PUMPKIN PROTEIN SHAKE just for you! It’s really really good!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup Ice
DIRECTIONS:
So so simple. Add everything to your Blendtec and blend until smooth! Poor into your favorite glass and drink up!
