Trunk Club makes the shopping experience easier and way more convenient.

As a Nordstrom company,Trunk Club combines top brands, expert service, and even offers Nordstrom Rewards to shoppers. Whether you work with one of their personal stylists online or visit a Clubhouse to get fitted in person,Trunk Club makes shopping effortless and fun.

Trunk Club walks you through the process, step by step. Before you know it, your stylist will start pulling new pieces for your wardrobe or a specific event you have. Once you agree that you love the pieces your stylist selected, then your wardrobe will ship out and arrive in a few business days. You get to try on everything in the Trunk and decide if you want to keep anything or if you want to return it. It’s so easy and super convenient. You have 5 days to try-on your items, and decide what to keep before sending your Trunk back. If you need more time, no problem! Just let your stylist know that you’d like your Trunk extended.

Key points to know about Trunk Club-

1. Trunk Club’s stylists are real people invested in your personal style. All stylists go through extensive, ongoing training to know which colors, sizes, and brands will look and fit best for each customer.
2. Trunk Club values listening. Before each Trunk, your stylist will ask questions to understand you and your body type. They discover what works best for you and they learn what makes you feel confident and comfortable. 
3. Your stylist will personally select 10 – 12 items ranging from tops, pants, shorts, shoes and accessories based on your preferences to be shipped directly to your door
4. You will see a Trunk Preview of contents in your Trunk before it ships. Here, you can provide any feedback to your stylist to make any adjustments. You have two days to review the Trunk Preview.
5. Once you’ve received your Trunk, you have 5 days to try-on and decide what to keep before sending your Trunk back. If you need more time, no problem! Just let your stylist know that you’d like your Trunk extended.
