Have you heard of the latest “it” sneaker by a brand named Hoka? It’s all the rage in the fitness world because the comfort level is off the charts. I was super excited to try them out! I decided to put my other sneakers away and see what these could do for me. I will say that they definitely lived up to their reputation. These Hoka sneakers are incredibly comfortable. I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I did all my cross training, running, and errands around town in these sneakers last week. My feet have never been happier!
In the summer I spend most of my time doing workouts at the track, park, or in our neighborhood. I do walking lunges at least every other day. I’m committed to lunges in a major way. There is nothing that will shape your legs, butt, and thighs better. You can make up so many different lunge combinations. If you are just starting out try 3 sets of 15 lunges, regular walking lunges. I do my lunges after a 30-45 minute run. Head outside and get active!
