Traeger Grill Giveaway
Over Christmas Kristen Andrus from @justadash_ invited the girls and I over for Sunday dinner at her beautiful home in Utah. She made the most incredible pork loin I had ever (I mean that) tried on a Traeger grill! I was fascinated by this smoker/grill and quickly realized Kristen’s husband, Jeremy is a owner of Traeger. This isn’t your typical grill. Here are few of the cool elements you get with a Traeger:
- You can grill, smoke, bake, roast and BBQ on a Traeger.
- When I say bake, I’m serious. You can bake cookies and cakes inside this machine.
- This grill plugs into the an outlet and you can even buy an adapter and take it with you camping or the beach.
- One of the best things about the Traeger is temperature control. You can set the temp and not worry about burning your food or not having your grill hot enough.
- Wood pellets are aded to your Traeger and come in a variety of flavors like hickory, apple, and maple giving your meat the ultimate smoky flavor.
For Mother’s Day Jeff made us tri-tip, corn and asparagus on our Traeger Texas Pro. We’ve used our grill/smoker a few times now and decided that cooking vegetables on it may be our favorite thing. They cook quickly and have incredible flavor!
The corn was insanely good and so simple. Olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin. Placed in the Traeger for 20 mins at 425 degrees and then topped with fresh lime zest. Mmm!
