A few years ago while training in my garage, my friend/client Hillary gave me the best idea for Christmas. Give your kids four categories while making their wish list: want | need | wear | read. This simple idea is the greatest thing to happen to me as a mom. What I found in my home is my kids can easily list 10 things under want, wear and read and usually have to ask me what they “need”. Our need list has quickly become our favorite part of the season. This year we chose World Market to buy gifts for kids who are truly in need. I love all the retro toys we found reminding me of my own childhood. My girls had the best time deciding which toys would be the most fun to donate to Toys For Tots.
Clothes are by Mini and Maximus! I’m obsessed with this line of cool kids wear with a positive message. My favorite is the anti-bullying tops like Poppy has on.
