drugstore favorites

We are doing another round of our favorite drugstore beauty products. You can see our first drugstore post here.

Jenna’s finds

1. Vaseline Spray & Go – I’m on the go and this lotion saves me time. I spay on this lotion and it absorbs in seconds. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. It needs a good lotion daily. I use this on a regular basis.

2. Sleek Finish with Argan Oil – This spray has changed my life. It takes the frizz out and leaves my hair shining. Spray a little on your hair after you have styled it. You will love how silky soft your hair feels.

3. Mini Peel – Lifting up dead skin cells is the key to a clear complexion. This mini peel doesn’t sting or burn. It’s made of fruit acids, lactic acids and salicylic acid. It works wonders for a drugstore peel.

4. Eyeshadow Gel Pencils – Whether you have mastered the art of make up or still trying to figure out how to put it on, these eye gel pencils are amazing and easy to use. Use them as a shadow or eye pencil to add color and to build on other shadows.

5. Moroccan Deep Hair Conditioner – All you need is two minutes with this deep conditioner. If you highlight or color your hair like me you need a little extra moisture. It will leave your hair feeling stronger and healthier.

Lisa’s finds

1. Big Sexy dry shampoo used to be available only in a salon or beauty supply. Not anymore!

2. If you ever used Bobbi Brown’s pale pink blush then you will LOVE pink passion blush from e.l.f!

3. I’ve been really loving the line from NYX. The butter gloss is seriously my favorite right now. It’s not sticky at all! My top two colors are Merengue and Strawberry Parfait.

4. Again, NYX cream blush. This color is the best every day peachy I’ve found.

5. My sister in law, Rachael turned me onto this line. I’ve got to say I’m pretty impressed with everything I’ve used.

Summer’s finds

1. Eucerin moisturizing lotion with SPF 15- I love having a big bottle of lotion on my bathroom counter with a pump. I apply this to myself and my kids every morning so we are moisturized and protected from the sun. My kids have dry skin and Eucerin comes recommended by our doctor.

2. Essie Nail Polish- Some of the longest lasting and best! I love all of their fun color choices.

3. Garnier skin renewal BB cream- I am obsessed with this stuff! I have tried several BB creams (including the department store brands) and they all seem too heavy for my skin. This one is light, has an SPF and is tinted. It gives a great coverage!

4. Almay oil free eraser sticks- These are so easy and perfect for either removing eye makeup at night or when fixing it during application. I LOVE these!

5. Palmer’s skin therapy oil- I have always been a fan of Palmer’s products. I used their cocoa butter on my stomach with all of my pregnancies. This oil helps to prevent and even lessen stretch marks. It helps fix uneven skin tones and even older scars are noticeably reduced. You can use it anywhere. I like to mix it 50/50 with my face cream before I go to bed.

Actually Jenny, many drugstores, including CVS and Target will take back product if you are not satisfied, even if you have used it.
